Locate an area in your life where you experience being ordinary.
- In that area, begin to look for where you are being inauthentic
- first look at how you are pretending to be. then look for the way of being you are hiding:
- you can find where you are being inauthentic by looking at your rackets, looking for stories you are living inside of, looking for things unacknowledged
- Get present to the impact of being inauthentic
- Invent a new possibility for yourself and your life in that area
- Enroll at least 2 people in that possibility you invented for yourself and your life.
- Come back prepared for the next session by having done that work.
Assignment two: The Practice of Integrity
- between now and next session, practice keeping your word.
- Come back to the next session ready to share where you struggled, what reasons came up, where you had victories.
Recommendation: Be in communication with the people in your group.
